Discover the new exhibition Athlete's Portraits

Since 25 October, the National Sports Museum has been giving itself a new face with the temporary exhibition Athlete's Portraits.

The portrait is a form of language that reveals representations and perceptions. Whether it is a photograph, a drawing, a painting, a sculpture, a video or a text, it allows us to make this sometimes fragile link between the supposed and the real, between the imaginary and the lived.

The exhibition "Athlete's Portraits" of  unveils the secrets of this perilous exercise which makes it possible to decipher the image reflected by the athlete and his or her role within society.
